Job Responsibilities
- Lead new product commercialization and new project launches from planning to production.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, QA, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Safety.
- Ensure production meets customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
- Solve production, quality, and technical issues through corrective and preventive actions.
- Control and update engineering documents, processes, and product structures according to quality system requirements.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining required quality standards.
- Support Sales & Marketing with cost estimation and technical input for new customer inquiries.
- Develop engineering capability, especially in die-cutting and related manufacturing processes.
- Lead, coach, and motivate engineering and project teams to achieve targets.
- Prepare and control departmental budgets and project costs.
- Track project progress, timelines, results, and report status to management.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical requirements and project updates.
- Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- 10–12 years’ experience in Industrial Manufacturing, preferably in automotive or electronics
- Experienced with engineered materials (foam / rubber / die-cutting) is a strong plus.
- Experienced in leading new products / new project launches from planning to mass production
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and cost structure
- Good leadership, people management, and teamwork skills
- Good command in English
- Computer literacy
