Key Responsibilities

• Qualify new suppliers and support sourcing activities
• Apply APQP for new supplier products and processes
• Monitor supplier quality performance and KPIs
• Conduct supplier process and quality audits
• Support plants in resolving supplier quality issues
• Drive supplier continuous improvement actions
• Coordinate with suppliers across Thailand and ASEAN

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing (Automotive preferred)
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan
• Understanding of IATF 16949
• Experience with automotive manufacturing processes is a plus
• Able to travel frequently within ASEAN
• Good English communication skills
