Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage regional training programs including sales excellence, leadership development, lean systems, safety, and high-performance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, ISO 51000).
  • Collaborate with Corporate Training teams (U.S. & Europe) and APAC stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver training through in-person and virtual formats across the region.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Maintain training records, certifications, and report key metrics to management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate training or Learning & Development.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and experience applying them in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective corporate training programs.
  • Strategic, business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and regional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional training certification (e.g., CPTD) is an advantage.
  • Good command in English
