Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Study the market to find opportunities, trends, and competitor actions, giving useful insights to help make strategic decisions and reach budget goals.
- Help develop product ideas and launch schedules, work closely with the Head Office and Manager, and organize new product launch events in ASEAN countries.
- Support sales teams in negotiations, especially for commercial tires, by sharing knowledge about products, prices, and market trends.
- Lead training sessions for sales staff to make sure they understand new and existing products well.
- Provide information and insights to help plan mid-term sales and profit strategies, and assist in putting them into action.
- Help prepare annual sales and profit plans for group companies and track progress toward targets.
- Work with Head Office to collect market feedback on new products and sizes, helping prepare materials for product development.
- Manage the yearly marketing budget for ASEAN activities and make sure it matches regional plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
- 8+ years of Marketing professional with 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in Tire industry (ASEAN/Global markets).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and market insight.
- Good command in English
