Our Client is a leading port and terminal operator committed to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable operations. We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability strategies for port and terminal equipment, including cranes, conveyors, forklifts, and other material handling systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize asset reliability and availability.
- Lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition-monitoring techniques.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve equipment lifecycle management.
- Support capital projects with reliability assessments and equipment selection guidance.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management to inform operational decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in port, terminal, or heavy industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability tools, and failure analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in reliability software and CMMS systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
