We are seeking a Sales Controlling & Commercial Coordinator to support sales operations and order management for our automotive clients. This role will act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and systems to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes. The position is open to both experienced professionals and new graduates who are eager to build their career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders for automotive industry clients.
- Act as an interface between customer portals and the SAP system (POE).
- Coordinate with customers, sales, logistics, and quality teams.
- Handle data upload/download on monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.
- Issue invoices, credit/debit notes, and manage special revenue invoicing.
- Support sales coordination by managing schedules and participating in projects to improve order-to-cash processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (new graduates are also welcome).
- Knowledge of automotive supply chain, order management, materials management, and SAP supplier development module.
- Good command of English and Japanese (N2 level required).
- Experience with SAP SD/FI modules and strong Excel skills (Macro, VBA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
