Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Oversee cost accounting and analyzing production costs to support cost control
• Support strategic planning with financial analysis and recommendations
• Monitor financial and economic trends relevant to the business
• Improve financial reporting systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• 7-10 years of FP&A experience from manufacturing or agro-industry
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting in factory/production environments
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and work well with cross-functional teams
• Fair command in English
