Job Description
Purpose: This role is responsible for overseeing all assigned product categories, managing their marketing initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, and market performance targets
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and annual plans for assigned product categories.
- Work closely with Product Managers to identify growth opportunities, guide portfolio improvements, and implement effective market research insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strategic use of A&P and related expenditures.
- Lead advertising, promotions, and development of marketing assets to support sales teams, trade activities, and external partners
- Coach, inspire, and develop the marketing team, promoting collaboration, capability building, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
- 8+ years as Senior or Group Product Manager in a leading OTC or Consumer Healthcare industry.
- Strong background in product portfolio management, market analysis, financial planning, and marketing program execution.
- Experience in launching new products in consumer and/or ethical markets.
- Good leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Able to drive business growth through market insights, strategic planning, innovation, and execution, while leading high-performing teams with financial acumen, customer focus, and strong collaboration skills
- Good command in English
