Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with all clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work well and communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments.
- Build trust, show integrity, solve problems creatively, and stay focused on delivering customer value.
- Foster professional relationships inside and outside the company that reflect core company values.
- Create a yearly sales plan with the Sales Manager to guide activities toward meeting sales targets.
- Understand pricing structures and proposal strategies clearly.
- Communicate confidently with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Identify and close new business opportunities, including gaining market share from competitors.
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, cold calls, emails, networking, and other outreach.
- Support and execute marketing plans as required.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly address client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and grow client relationships and referral networks.
- Collect and submit accurate business data for pricing, underwriting, and solution development.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities—including meetings, presentations, closed deals, and follow-ups—using tools like Microsoft Outlook.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and ensure the team does the same.
- Ensure compliance with organizational rules and safety regulations.
- Optimize use of resources, reduce waste, and improve processes; may also manage budget planning.
- Set clear performance goals for the team and track progress toward them.
- Support employees in resolving work-related issues and improve team problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in Sales Management from SMT, Semiconductors, or electronics manufacturing sectors will be considered
- Ability to self-manage workload, deadlines and priorities effectively, take initiative and create opportunities.
- Possess effective selling techniques and a strong business sense.
- Able to travel both local & oversea
- Good command in English
