Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making and improve production efficiency through effective SAP system management, data analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.You will be working with cross-functional teams—such as Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Procurement—to ensure accurate data capture related to materials, consumption, and wastage.

Key responsibilities:

• SAP System Support: Troubleshoot SAP production-related issues, monitor system performance, and ensure accurate execution of production orders.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain data integrity, generate reports to identify trends and support operational improvements.
• Digitalization Initiatives: Work with internal teams to implement SAP-based digital solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Consumables Oversight: Track and manage plant consumables, maintaining inventory accuracy and developing cost-saving measures.
• Training & Capability Building: Train end-users on SAP modules and support skill development across departments.
• This role involves both desk-based analytics and on-site observations in a factory environment, requiring strong collaboration with plant teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Power BI, or Minitab
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Detail-oriented and proactive; Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
