Job Description

Job Highlights 

  • 5 years of experience in R&D focused on flavor, coating, or marination technologies from international manufacturing environments
  • Experience with processing proteins will be a plus

Purpose: Responsible for developing new food products and improving existing ones to meet customer needs. This includes working closely with marketing, sales, and customers to create solutions that are safe, high-quality, and ready for the market. You’ll also help implement these products in production and at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing and customers to create products that are profitable, meet customer expectations, and are safe and legal to sell.
  • Improve existing products by adjusting formulas to reduce costs, improve quality, or expand the range. Look for new or better raw materials to use.
  • Join production trials in our factory and at customer sites. Help solve technical problems and support product launches. Some travel is required.
  • Use company systems to enter product information, manage samples, and keep clear records of product development work.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned customers. Understand their needs, processes, and any specific requirements they have.
  • Show customers how to use our products through presentations, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Write technical reports and keep good records. Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues in other countries. Support junior team members with coaching and advice.
  • Complete customer requests on time. Work closely with supply chain and production teams to make sure all needs are met.
  • Report any food safety concerns to your manager right away. Follow all food safety and company rules.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in R&D focused on flavor, coating, or marination technologies from international manufacturing environments
  • Experience with processing proteins will be a plus
  • Good command in English
  • Computer Literacy
