Position:          Sourcing & Procurement – Administration & Planning

Workplace:        Bangkok

 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Regional Sourcing & Procurement team in the area of Administration and Planning. This role plays a key part in coordinating procurement activities across the region, supporting strategic meetings, preparing business reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting CSR initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support regional reports and presentations in both Thai and English.
  • Coordinate and organize regional and local meetings (physical and virtual) across countries such as Thailand and Singapore.
  • Support department resource planning, P&L budgeting, and general administrative tasks.
  • Handle Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions in compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor and report relevant economic or industry news that may impact the supply chain.
  • Support procurement activities by consolidating supplier reports, maintaining accurate procurement records, and managing relevant documentation.
  • Assist in preparing spend analysis, cost comparisons, and performance reports to aid sourcing decisions.
  • Support the sourcing process, including supplier coordination, RFPs, negotiation preparation, and supplier business reviews.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, or administrative roles in a multinational company (MNC).
  • Good command of business English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-country teams using English as the primary communication language.
  • Detail-oriented, good with numbers, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
