Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations across ambient and frozen storage.

Job Description

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
• Manage inbound stock processes to align with production and business requirements
• Improve inventory processes to reduce costs and optimize efficiency
• Conduct SKU analysis and monitor near-expiry, expired, and inactive stock
• Manage damaged goods and resolve inventory variances effectively
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance and operational consistency
• Generate inventory performance reports to support management decisions

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Experience managing both ambient and frozen inventory
• Familiar with WMS (SAP preferred)
• Experience in demand planning is an advantage
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
