- Identify and approach new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key business partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, customer service, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to uncover new opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales within the printing, packaging, or labeling industry.
- Background in digital corrugated printing or flexographic (flexo) printing is highly preferred.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, including new business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
