  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting designers, contractors, and real estate developers to grow project-based revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design sectors.
  • Lead and mentor the project sales team to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including tenders, large-scale developments, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Monitor project pipeline and manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, design expos, and networking events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction materials, interior products, or building solutions.
  • Proven track record in dealing with designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of technical product specifications and project sales processes.
  • Ability to travel as required.
