Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels. This role involves developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy, leveraging AI tools, and applying design thinking to enhance collaboration with product teams. Acting as the head of marketing, the candidate will scale the team and processes over the next 2–3 years to support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for OEM (Foodservice, Industry, QSR, Export) and branded channels.
  • Set KPIs and lead the transition from a small team to a high-performing department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, products, and operations—to ensure strategic alignment and synergy across the organization.

AI Integration:

  • Use AI tools (automation, analytics, personalization) to optimize campaigns and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on AI trends to drive innovation in marketing and product development.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions for customer segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization.

Design Thinking: Collaborate with product teams using design thinking to create customer-centric solutions and guide product positioning.

Marketing Execution: Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Lead market research to identify trends and opportunities.

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with proven success in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience in OEM marketing, branded consumer marketing, or managing multi-channel portfolios is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing long-term marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to build and scale departments effectively.
  • Advanced expertise in marketing analytics, KPI measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and their application in marketing and product development.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and customer-centric problem-solving approaches.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Experience in trade marketing and B2B relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms.
