Purpose:

International Pre-Sales Specialist will work closely with our dealers and consultants to understand their laundry needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the company’s benefits. This role requires someone detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on clients to connect technical details with customer needs, offering excellent support to improve the sales process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and current clients to fully understand their laundry needs and requirements.
• Help calculate the type and number of machines needed to meet their capacity.
• Compare the products with competitor offerings to highlight the advantages of choosing us.
• Work closely with dealers and consultants to suggest the best equipment solutions that meet client needs and uphold company’s high-quality standards.
• Provide consultants with detailed product specifications and advice to ensure company products are configured and used correctly.
• Convert competitor specifications into company alternatives, showing the benefits and compatibility of company products.
• Prepare clear and accurate proposals and quotations for dealers and consultants, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with external partners to design layouts and MEP plans that maximize space and efficiency.
• Review and adjust pricing structures to stay competitive and profitable.
• Build and maintain a complete CAD and Revit symbol library to assist dealers and consultants in visualizing and integrating ALS products into project designs.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, age 32-45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
• 7 years of experience in pre-sales, engineering, or technical sales role, preferably within the laundry equipment industry or related field.

• Good in analyzing and understanding client needs and turning them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for the development and maintenance of symbol collections and project image.
• Experience with tools for product specifications and configurations.

• Deep understanding of laundry systems and equipment, including knowledge of competitive products and industry trends is advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details in a clear and persuasive way to non-technical audiences

Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building lasting relationships with dealers and consultants.
