Job Description
- Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System across the company, including maintaining business accreditations.
- Update and manage Quality Manuals and Procedures to align with business needs.
- Organize and oversee internal audits, corrective action systems, and Quality Systems/Process/Product audits, providing guidance to auditors as needed.
- Host external quality audits and provide training on quality-related topics and business processes.
- Maintain and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring their relevance and accuracy.
- Compile and analyze quality data to monitor performance against targets.
- Supervise document control to ensure proper management of quality records and adherence to procedures.
- Address customer complaints, coordinate resolutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Promote quality awareness through training and initiatives.
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prevent product, process, or system non-conformities.
- Stay informed on manufacturing and engineering trends related to product quality.
- Oversee calibration of measuring equipment and perform MSA studies..
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience as QMS in automotive industry.
- Solid background in IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 14001.
- Knowledge of quality systems.
- Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Cote Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA)
- Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices
- Good command in English
