Position: Business Development Manager – Amenities/ Personal Care (Up to 50K)
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies for personal care and amenities in 5-star hotels and resorts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and international partners.
- Drive sales growth, achieving targets and expanding market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new clients and industry trends.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings to promote products and secure deals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Has 3 years in Business Development, Field Sales or equivalent to 5 stars hotel chain.
- Experience in the hotel chain business is a plus
- Proficient in English communication. (Australian boss)
- Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Strong endurance and a passion for customer service.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the country.
