The Senior Sales Manager will focus on building and managing customer relationships, aligning strategies across teams, and driving business growth in the ASEAN region. The role involves acting as the primary liaison for clients, particularly Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and supporting their operations and expansion within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across ASEAN.
- Ensure effective coordination and alignment of customer-related activities across teams and regions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client-related matters in ASEAN, including non-project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams across regions to align business strategies and objectives.
- Plan and execute client-focused events, including innovation showcases and executive meetings.
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements, including general terms, NDAs, and other contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide dedicated, on-the-ground support for client needs in ASEAN countries to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Market Development:
- Oversee and support client expansion and activities in key ASEAN markets, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the ASEAN market and client needs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (required).
- Flexibility to travel frequently across ASEAN countries.
