Job Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Supervise and ensure that all team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet company objectives and maintain safety standards.
• Continuously monitor roles and work areas, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while complying with company and legal safety requirements.
• Ensure operations meet customer requirements and strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Guide and inspire the team to foster collaboration and successfully reach goals.
• Track performance metrics and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and progress.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in inventory management and control practices.
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and problem-solving proficiency.
• Have a solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experienced in using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or similar warehouse systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel (with formula knowledge), and PowerPoint presentations.
