- Plan and implement maintenance strategies, including both planned and predictive maintenance.
- Minimize unplanned machine breakdowns by repairing, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable countermeasures.
- Ensure adequate spare parts availability to reduce downtime and support the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plan.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to follow up, update, and close outstanding problem lists.
- Record, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as % Technical Losses, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and maintenance costs to meet business plan targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Contribute to achieving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 targets.
- Develop work instructions, Total Productive Maintenance plans, and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare TPM plans and spare part inventories for new machinery.
- Oversee the TPM Window for the TMC8 Assembly Line.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Electrical systems, PLCs, HMI programming, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of Servo motors and robotic systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Fair command of English.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime on holidays.
