Job Description

Lead the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, including tradeshows, customer events, and conferences.
Create engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and clearly communicates key messages across various marketing materials.
Analyze the performance of campaigns and content, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Manage communication channels such as the company website, social media, and email marketing. Regularly update content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries to maintain an active online presence.
Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet objectives.
Assist in creating and implement demand generation strategies, including building and tracking the sales funnel, converting MQLs/SQLs, and managing lead nurturing plans. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to get positive coverage and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

Male/Female age 32-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
7+ years of marketing experience from international manufacturing industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia as a strong advantage
Good in marketing communication and tools (social media, tradeshows, websites, email marketing platforms etc.)
A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Expertise in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to work independently
Good command in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to travel abroad
