Job Description
- Lead the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, including tradeshows, customer events, and conferences.
- Create engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and clearly communicates key messages across various marketing materials.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and content, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage communication channels such as the company website, social media, and email marketing. Regularly update content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries to maintain an active online presence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet objectives.
- Assist in creating and implement demand generation strategies, including building and tracking the sales funnel, converting MQLs/SQLs, and managing lead nurturing plans. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to get positive coverage and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Male/Female age 32-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience from international manufacturing industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia as a strong advantage
- Good in marketing communication and tools (social media, tradeshows, websites, email marketing platforms etc.)
- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Expertise in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to work independently
- Good command in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Able to travel abroad
