Role Overview:

Lead design and engineering activities for tendering and awarded projects, ensuring effective customer solutions and risk management. Oversee R&D, resource allocation, and talent management, while liaising between teams. Focus areas include technical design, engineering economics, and people management

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance team capabilities, integrate processes, and apply best practices for quality and productivity.
• Deliver high-quality designs, solve technical issues, and adopt new technologies.
• Develop strategies for tendering and project success, managing KPIs and budgets.
• Oversee compliance, optimize designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive R&D and promote engineering excellence with ASEAN counterparts.
• Build and lead diverse teams while prioritizing quality and reliability.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven expertise in complex projects, R&D, and strategy.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Tekla, AutoCAD, RDSe, and CFS.
