Key Responsibilities:

šŸ”¹ Commercial Management

  • Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, volume effects, and contract updates.
  • Manage sample planning, lifecycle management, and sales forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate quotations, purchase orders, and business risk planning.

šŸ”¹ Acquisition & Business Development

  • Define and implement acquisition & pricing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in securing new business.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Manage negotiation and closure of commercial terms.
  • Oversee project handovers and post-acquisition evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Chinese is required.
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years in project management & leading teams (3+ subordinates).
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, QS9000, TS16949 standards.
  • Willing to travel frequently and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
