Job Description:

• Develop and implement planned and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Eliminate unplanned machine breakdowns through root cause analysis, repairs, and sustainable countermeasures.
• Ensure availability of machine spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and improve key maintenance KPIs using PDCA improvement cycles.
• Create work instructions and total productive maintenance (TPM) plans.
• Plan and execute new machine installations and prepare TPM plans.
• Develop MAZE BOM and determine appropriate spare parts for new machines.
• Support internal and external audits related to machine maintenance.
• Contribute to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance targets.
• Optimize MAZE stock management.
• Develop and mentor the maintenance team to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Maintain and operate SAP & S4-HNA for maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
• Strong maintenance management and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in CNC machine repair and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CNC machine controllers, PLC, HMI, servo motors, robots, vision cameras, and inverters.
• English communication skills required.
