Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development
- Develop and implement content pillars that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategy across campaigns.
- Regularly review and refine content approaches based on evolving trends and business goals.
- Ensure content consistency across platforms and alignment with brand voice and marketing initiatives.
- Always-On Content Creation
- Produce high-quality, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and more.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content to maintain continuous audience engagement and growth.
- Use social media management tools to organize and analyze content performance.
- Brief and coordinate with the graphic design team to deliver engaging visual content, including graphics and videos.
- Real-Time Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor industry trends, real-time conversations, and competitor activity to inform content decisions.
- Use analytics tools to extract insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Platform Updates & Campaign Communication
- Create and manage content for platform updates, feature launches, system notices, pricing updates, and campaign announcements.
- Work closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
- Develop and execute communication plans for user updates, ensuring transparency and engagement.
- Gather user feedback to improve communication effectiveness for future updates.
- SEO & Content Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content across blogs, websites, and digital channels.
- Track SEO performance and make data-driven improvements to boost organic reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content planning tools.
- Established media connections, particularly in digital media, is a plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital assets is highly preferred.
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of web/mobile application development is an advantage.
- Experience or understanding of IT infrastructure, blockchain, Web3, or financial products is a plus.
