Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement content pillars that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategy across campaigns.
  • Regularly review and refine content approaches based on evolving trends and business goals.
  • Ensure content consistency across platforms and alignment with brand voice and marketing initiatives.

 

  1. Always-On Content Creation
  • Produce high-quality, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and more.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content to maintain continuous audience engagement and growth.
  • Use social media management tools to organize and analyze content performance.
  • Brief and coordinate with the graphic design team to deliver engaging visual content, including graphics and videos.

 

  1. Real-Time Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor industry trends, real-time conversations, and competitor activity to inform content decisions.
  • Use analytics tools to extract insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

 

  1. Platform Updates & Campaign Communication
  • Create and manage content for platform updates, feature launches, system notices, pricing updates, and campaign announcements.
  • Work closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for user updates, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Gather user feedback to improve communication effectiveness for future updates.

 

  1. SEO & Content Optimization
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility on search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content across blogs, websites, and digital channels.
  • Track SEO performance and make data-driven improvements to boost organic reach.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with solid planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and content planning tools.
  • Established media connections, particularly in digital media, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital assets is highly preferred.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of web/mobile application development is an advantage.
  • Experience or understanding of IT infrastructure, blockchain, Web3, or financial products is a plus.
