Job Summary

Client company: A leading brand in the QSR and food service industry, runs 2 popular restaurant chains, with total 32 branches and generating over 400 million Baht in annual revenue.

 

LOCATION: Klongtoey, Bangkok

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drives sales growth by managing 3 restaurant chains, control costs, and track financial performance.
  • Conduct Brand strategy, lead initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with board director on promotions and menu development to increase opportunity.
  • Implement policies, mentor staff, staff training plan and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain membership and build new customer relationships both local and foreigners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of senior management experience in QSR/Food Service with 400M Baht turnover.
  • Proven skills in managing operations, financials, kitchen training, product development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in restaurant software, POS systems, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in warehouse management data & sales control systems.
