Job Description
- Lead and manage NPD projects from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Ensure product formulation, raw materials, and compliance with food safety regulations, quality policies, and market requirements.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination and risk assessment, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth commercialization.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality deviations, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Manage NPD documentation, systems implementation (SAP, FDA, supplier audits), and budget control for trial expenses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in new product development within the dairy and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of formulation, processing, food safety (GMP, HACCP, ISO22000), and food regulations.
- Skilled in project management, planning, decision-making, and team leadership.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, and industry-related software.
