ANCOR Thailand are supporting an international rubber manufacturing business in Bangkok who are looking to improve their company standard in Thailand. You will be in a proactive working environment which will provide more opportunities to improve your skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of global trademark and patent portfolios, ensuring filings, prosecution, and renewals align with global branding strategies.
- Handle pre-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters, focusing on trademarks and patents.
- Provide legal advice across various areas including corporate law, competition law, data protection, and product liability, while enforcing company policies.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts for procurement, logistics, product distribution, and employment.
- Support M&A activities, manage disputes, ensure corporate compliance, and develop company policies for global adherence to legal standards and best practices.
Qualification
- 5-8 years' post-qualification experience in multinational legal departments, specializing in IP management.
- Proficient in global IP portfolio management, contract drafting, negotiation, and finalization.
- Offers tailored legal advice, skilled in communication, with knowledge in corporate governance and consumer law.
- Proactive multitasker meeting deadlines in dynamic legal settings.
- Ideally experienced in litigation, employment law, M&A, with preference for international B2C/FMCG exposure.
