Frontdesk/ Administrator - URGENT

ANCOR Thailand is one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in SEA. The business specializes in permanent recruitment in various sectors such as Technology, Industrial, FMCG & Pharma, Eastern Seaboard and a rapidly expanding Outsourcing division covering services such as payroll, temp staffing and contracting. We are currently looking for a Frontdesk/ Administrator based in the Bangkok office.

Reporting directly into the Assistant Manager HR& Admin, we are looking for energetic, ambitious and detail-oriented individuals with no prior professional experience (fresh candidates are welcome to apply). The individual’s role will be supporting all functions within the company and will be responsible for various related to internal/ external company documentation, managing the reception area (Bangkok office), conducting internal system audits on recruitment systems (Vincere), coordination with various external vendors & agencies, enforcing guidelines for the office, various tasks related to supporting HR and Marketing departments on events and supporting the function in adhoc projects.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have following skills and experience

  • No prior professional experience required (fresh candidates)
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration/ HR
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to multi task and is organized
  • Has a service oriented mind-set and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications 
  • Fluent in English & Thai communication skills
