Our client is a global supply chain logistics company, in 1955 and provides ocean and air freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution services, and supply chain management – a seamlessly connected suite of supply chain solutions that delivers superior value, reliability, and expertise.

 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Human Resource Strategic and planning within Company on a Global level. (Across South Asia and Oceania countries)

• Act as Project Manager of all global HR projects in access, monitor, and make recommendation to keep all projects on track.

• Control the budget of the HR function across the Group Company. 

• Analyst HR data and develop Key Talents in HR within Group Head Quarter (Japan) and Group Companies based on business strategy.

• Work closely with Finance and Business units to define dimensions to count headcount/FTE and to combine headcount/FTE data with finance and business performance data to analyze productivity and efficiencies.

• Partner with Learning functional partners to create and deliver development experiences to help closing the gaps between current and future skill sets.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Strategy, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of managerial experience in human resource strategic planning, change management, talent management experience or comparable position is preferred.

• Experienced and ability to lead and develop HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success in a complex international matrix organization.

• Deep understanding of relevant topics, such as Planning & Strategy and Budget control, Talent Management and Headcount Management.

• Being a true business partner, able to speak the language of the business units.

• Fluent English proficiency mandatory, other languages are a plus.
