Position: Brand Manager (Global Beverage Brand) – Up to 80K
Job Description
- Drive business growth and profitability through strategic portfolio and brand management both of BTL and ATL
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and focus on campaign, roadshow, promotion, marketing material and POSM
- Lead cross-functional teams in NPD and market expansion initiatives.
- Optimize P&L budget efficiency and oversee brand expenditure to maximize profitability.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and career growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Has 5-7 years of brand management experience in FMCG; experience in beverages is preferred.
- Proficient in financial management, negotiation, and strategic planning to drive brand growth.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative skills.
