Job Description
- Implement methodologies like AM, PM, SMED, and lean tools to improve OEE and achieve cost savings.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives, track project progress, and communicate updates on Manufacturing Excellence.
- Monitor system health and ensure sustainability through integration into reviews and meetings.
- Identify and resolve losses using SPC, Six Sigma, and lean principles, aiming for zero losses.
- Reduce minor stops and breakdowns while restoring bottleneck equipment through AM/PM execution.
- Build PM team capabilities in planning, scheduling, and maintaining systems like Breakdown Elimination.
- Introduce and implement new technology for operational improvements.
- Develop and deliver training for operations and leadership on tools and methodologies.
- Coach supervisors/managers to lead AM and PM initiatives effectively.
- Promote cultural change, especially at the front-line level, to foster engagement.
- Lead priority-aligned projects and use data analysis for informed decision-making to support business needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or technical/business field
- 10 + years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
- Food and Beverage manufacturing background preferred
- Skill in TPM pillar
- Experience working for a multi-national organization and flexibility to work across multiple time zones
