Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that are in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
- Serve as a trusted partner between management and employees, proactively managing employee relations, resolving grievances, and fostering open communication across all departments.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Champion employee development by identifying training needs, creating tailored learning and development programs, and monitoring their effectiveness to support both individual growth and organizational capability.
- Build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Manage performance evaluation systems to drive accountability, recognize excellence, and encourage continuous improvement at all levels.
- Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure fairness, compliance, and market competitiveness.
- Develop, implement, and track HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights that support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and legal requirements while mitigating risk and protecting the company’s reputation.
- Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
