Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across 70 retail branches nationwide, ensuring service quality, compliance, safety, and operational standards.
- Drive key sales KPIs: conversion, average ticket, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and implement SOPs, operational rhythms, audits, and store readiness standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store teams, including required staffing coverage.
- Oversee store performance, promotional execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support store openings, relaunches, closures, and nationwide scale-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, HR, IT, Logistics, and BD teams.
- Travel frequently across provinces to oversee operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Retail, or a related field.
- Extensive retail operations experience (10+ years) with proven leadership of large nationwide networks (70 stores) at Head / Director / COO scope.
- Strong track record driving sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Structured, hands-on leader with strong execution, decision-making, and incident management experience.
- Proven ability to lead large frontline teams in fast-paced retail environments.
- Fluent Thai with good command of English.
- Able to work in a hybrid model with HQ in Southern Thailand (Samui / Phuket) and eligible under Thai retail/medical regulations.
