Job Description
A leading multinational client is seeking a Senior Export Sales Engineer to drive export sales of Motors, HVAC systems, Pumping Solutions, and Smart Beverage Applications across Southeast Asia & Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, Australia, and other regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, aftermarket customers, and distributors to grow sales and market share.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposing solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Present technical solutions clearly, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Oversee sales forecasts, orders, pricing, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector (motors/HVAC preferred), ideally with in multinational companies
- Good command in English
- Effective working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel
