Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare both separate and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting standards.
- Handle monthly closing, reporting packs, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Manage accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, rental, and lease obligations, coordinating with internal teams and leasing partners for smooth operations.
- Provide financial insights, recommendations, and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Support system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations as required
Qualifications
- Strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
- CPA is preferred (or equivalent experience from Big 4 + IFRS + consolidation background)
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in group or multi-entity consolidation
- Solid understanding of IFRS / international accounting standards
- Experience in lease accounting, rental and contract management
- Strong FP&A skills - reporting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Confident in budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn numbers into insights
- Good in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
