Overview


We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our integrated sales and marketing initiatives. This role combines the creativity and analytical expertise of marketing with the commercial acumen of sales leadership. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, expanding market share, and achieving revenue growth through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates both digital and offline campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and website performance.
  • Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives such as trade shows, events, promotional campaigns, printed materials, and collaborations with industry partners.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing platforms and customer touchpoints.

 

Sales Development and Revenue Growth

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand client base, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, lead generation activities, and market expansion efforts.
  • Develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional offers to increase conversion rates and profitability.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to design go-to-market plans for new products or services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed revenue goals.

 

Market Insights and Performance Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Track and evaluate marketing and sales KPIs, generating regular reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, or marketing automation platforms) to measure ROI and campaign performance.

 

Cross-Functional and External Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, sales activities, and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, PR, design, and media placement.

 

Budget and Resource Management

  • Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness across channels.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI and brand impact.

 

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and career growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing and/or sales management, preferably in a fast-paced or consumer-focused industry.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns (digital and offline) that drive sales
  •  growth and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems, etc.) and offline marketing channels (events, sponsorships, PR).
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and performance excellence.
