Sales & Revenue Management

  • Record and update daily sales transactions for all centers.
  • Generate and manage online payment links, verify receipts, and ensure timely posting.
  • Prepare and process corporate invoices, including follow-up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Maintain a debtor’s list and ensure timely collections of dues.
  • Handle encashment and reconciliation of corporate invoice payments.

2. Purchases & Vendor Management

  • Collect, review, and maintain vendor agreements.
  • Raise and process purchase orders for reagents, supplies, and other store requirements.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments, typically on a weekly schedule.
  • Review creditor and vendor statements to verify accuracy and address discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory levels on a monthly basis to support operational needs.

3. Statutory & Compliance

  • Oversee monthly tax and statutory obligations, including TDS, ESI, PF, and Professional Tax payments.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions to maintain full compliance with regulations.

4. Payroll & Disbursements

  • Manage salary processing for employees in line with organizational schedules.
  • Process doctor commissions, staff incentives, and welfare-related payments.
  • Handle reimbursements and travel-related expense settlements.
  • Execute other ad-hoc or miscellaneous payments as required.

Core Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams.
