We are seeking a Regional Customer Project Manager to coordinate and support key customer projects in the automotive industry. This role is responsible for aligning global and local project teams, ensuring smooth product launches, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project update reports for global teams, highlighting key issues and required support.
- Align timing, milestones, and status updates between global and plant project teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches and effective customer interactions.
- Manage sample parts delivery and support engineering change coordination.
- Track project KPIs and monitor performance to ensure on-time delivery of commitments.
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of customer deliverables and project commitments.
- Experience in new model launches or project management within the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with both global teams and local customers.
