Job Description

We are seeking an Integrated Planning Manager to oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management for domestic and export markets. This role ensures accurate sales forecasts, efficient production alignment, and optimal stock levels through close collaboration with commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead demand forecasting and analyze trends, historical data, and customer insights.
• Develop supply plans aligned with production and material availability; optimize inventory.
• Drive S&OP process and coordinate cross-functional planning.
• Monitor performance using ERP/MRP and reporting tools; ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7 years’ experience in demand forecasting & supply planning management (FMCG industries preferred)
• Expertise in inventory management – balancing availability vs. cost efficiency
• Proven ability to lead S&OP and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP & planning tools (SAP, Excel, etc.).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command in English
