- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring smooth and timely hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements.
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding activities.
- Manage recruitment metrics to track performance and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain positive candidate experience and build a database for future workforce needs.
- Supervise and develop the recruitment team to ensure effective performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Good command of English or Chinese.
