  • Maintain positive candidate experience and build a database for future workforce needs.
  • Supervise and develop the recruitment team to ensure effective performance.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good command of English or Chinese.
