- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and strengthen long-term partnerships with key clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, solution proposal, negotiation, and deal closure with a focus on high-value accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, and technical support) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client-specific needs.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service and ongoing client support to foster trust, satisfaction, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance, industry trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and value-added offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee accurate documentation of agreements, pricing, and terms to align with business objectives.
- Proactively resolve client issues and manage expectations while safeguarding the company’s brand reputation.
- Provide timely and insightful sales performance reports to management to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Maintain consistent client engagement through regular business reviews, site visits, and proactive communication.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to achieving KPIs and exceeding sales targets through a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, including upcountry locations, to ensure relationship continuity and project alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of sales management experience in heavy lifting operations (mobile and crawler cranes) or industrial construction, preferably from the petrochemical or refinery industry, will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Good command in English
- Good in presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Own car with a driver’s license.
