Position: Accounting & Finance Manager

Workplace: Bangkok

Job Highlights:

• Over 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, 2 years at the managerial level.
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm would be a plus.

Job Description

• Oversee financial operations, including project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial reports and forecasts for the company.
• Analyze financial performance (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and present key insights to management.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting both local and international decision-making.
• Manage funding for daily operations, investment plans, and dividend distribution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, BOI requirements, and governance standards.
• Supervise tax planning and filings, including corporate income tax under BOI promotions.
• Lead internal controls and audits and identify process improvements to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Background in a Big 4 accounting firm is an advantage.
• Skilled in working with auditors and tax authorities (BOI business experience is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Background in multinational companies (MNCs) is plus.
• CPD License is a plus.
