Job Summary
- We are working with a application technology company for Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid media, and performance marketing to maximize ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop joint business plans and strategic alliances that accelerate growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in alignment with SkinX’s values and positioning.
- Drive strategies that enhance profitability and sustainable business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, or business development roles.
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity, with proven experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong background in digital products or mobile applications is required.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and leverage analytics to guide strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
- Experience in startups or the health/wellness industry is a plus.
