Job Summary
- We are working with a Software Integration company for HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management (HRM):
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies
- Supervise payroll, benefits, and compensation processes
Human Resource Development (HRD):
- Identify training and development needs across departments
- Design and implement learning & development programs
- Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Promote a culture of learning, growth, and internal mobility
Employee Engagement & Activities:
- Plan and execute team outings, CSR events, and company trips
- Develop and coordinate employee engagement activities such as team-building workshops, wellness programs, and celebrations
- Regularly gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and morale
- Serve as a culture ambassador to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRM and HRD
- Experience in organizing company events and engagement programs
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Creative, energetic, and organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
