Job Description
- Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and website content.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand message.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Organize and oversee corporate and hospitality events, including brand activations, networking functions, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and on-site coordination for seamless execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Assess event effectiveness and return on investment through post-event analysis.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate press releases, interviews, and public relations initiatives.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Develop promotional campaigns and partnerships to boost revenue and customer engagement.
- Implement loyalty programs, special offers, and targeted advertising strategies to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, branding strategies, and event planning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
