Job Description
- Manage the organization's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Thai accounting standards and company policies.
- Compile quarterly and annual reports for the Singapore Head Office, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and company guidelines.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Oversee cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Handle additional responsibilities and special projects as needed to support the finance team and business goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, reporting obligations, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to support audits and maintain compliance.
- Establish, enforce, and monitor internal controls to protect company assets and minimize risks.
- Detect and resolve weaknesses in internal controls by implementing corrective actions to enhance risk management.
- Drive business growth by delivering financial projections, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Support informed decision-making by evaluating financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term financial plans.
- Oversee the annual budget preparation, collaborating with departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Regularly track actual performance against the budget, identify variances, and recommend strategies for optimal resource allocation.
- Partner with department heads to create precise financial projections and adjust forecasts as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA is an advantage).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting, preferably in a multinational or regional setting.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
