Job Description

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to align with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and statutory filings.
• Oversee cash flow management and banking activities to maintain operational liquidity.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and regulations.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
